Mission Statement

The mission of the University Senate Office is to facilitate the successful operation of the governance system at the University of Minnesota by providing professional support and guidance to University Senate governance bodies and their constituent committees.

Values Statement

We base our team relationship on trust and respect. We recognize and accept our differences. We give due recognition for individual ideas and efforts. We respect the right to speak as individuals. We work independently and also as a team. We are accountable for our individual responsibilities and for the success of the team.
