Silos are awful and keep us from doing our best work, but when you’re in the middle of a silo – and maybe that silo is inside another silo – can you even make a difference and where do you start?
“Leading up” is an important leadership skill employed to accomplish tasks that are in the best interest of our organization and requires influencing the people above you. In this session, leadership expert Lisa Warren, assistant vice president for Research, will provide an overview of the skills necessary and tools available to help you in this area.
