“Leading up” is an important leadership skill employed to accomplish tasks that are in the best interest of our organization and requires influencing the people above you. Leading up is beneficial for every position regardless of level of authority. It helps during times of great change and can demonstrate one cares enough to confront those we work for with alternative ideas and solutions. Applying these principles and skills in your workplace will enable you to create the conversations that are beneficial to achieving a more successful outcome. This session will provide an overview of the skills necessary and tools available to help you in this area. All are welcome to join this presentation brought to you by the Professional Development and Recognition Subcommittee of P&A Senate A video of this Brown Bag presentation will be available on the P&A Senate website.
